How do I get tickets?

Are walk-ins welcome?
Walk-ins are welcome.
When do I arrive? Is there a time limit?
For example, if you booked the 5pm slot you will have from 5-6pm to enjoy the stations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot to allow for check-in.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. And of course, cash is king!
Are you kid friendly?
Well yes we are!! We are a family-friendly destination! ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
What if I want to bring my baby and Iโ€™m not going to take any pictures, do I still have to buy a ticket?
Yes you do. Everyone has to pay admission to get inside Selfie Station regardless if they take 0 photos or 1000 photos.
Do I have to stay with my kid or can I leave them?
12 years and older you can leave your kid here! Under 12 years old a parent is permitted to attend and supervise. For every 3 kids 1 adult is required to supervise. This is not a day care and you are responsible if anything gets broken. Please be respectful of our space.
Are food and beverages allowed inside?

What should I bring with me?
Your phone or camera ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ“ท + good vibes! ๐Ÿ˜œ You will be taking lots of awesome pictures, so we recommend you leave bulky stuff ๐Ÿ› (jackets, bags etc) in your car ๐Ÿš—
What's your cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule for a different date/time at no charge ๐Ÿ‘
Do you offer discounts for big groups?
Yes! We gladly offer discounted rates for groups of 15 or more people Monday-Thursday. Use promo code GROUP15 for 15% off discount.
Can I bring my professional camera?
โค Absolutely! Unlike most places we allow you to bring your DSLR ๐Ÿ“ท at no extra charge! (but, we do not allow your extra photography equipment)
Can I bring my pet?
We are pet lovers! But sadly we do not allow dogs or any pets inside!
